We recognize that the stress of poverty and the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the issues impoverished communities face on a daily basis. With this knowledge, we are making it our mission to help as many families as possible with groceries or paying partial bills.
While we may not be able to completely source full funding for the services requested, we will do our best to help.
To refer a family to our Simpli Give program, please complete the application below. Be sure to include an email if at all impossible so that our team may contact the referred family.
Lastly, while we do not expect anything in return for giving, we do ask the families to take a picture and send it to us. This will help our records and will encourage more donations as we continue to provide this service for families in need.
